Workshop 1 - Movie Marketing
Pupils will develop their knowledge of the film industry - they will then script their own story, produce a promotional video and market their films to the class.
Workshop 3 - 'How To' Video Production
Pupils will explore more advanced video production skill and create a 'How To' video production guide based around a topic in school.
Workshop 2 - Green Screen News
Pupils will discover green screen news and work towards the development and design of an exciting descriptive news story that will be set and filmed against a green screen.
The Teach 24 Film workshop has six progressive levels, two KS1 levels and four KS2 levels. This enables pupils to a learn new skills and implementing their subject knowledge into the work that they produce. Please see below a breakdown of the KS2 workshops.
Film Workshops - Scheme of Work
Each workshops lasts between 5 - 7 hours, enabling one workshops to be completed in one full day gifted and talented workshops or spread out over half a term covering PPA time.
Workshop 4 - Documentary and Advanced Editing
Pupils will script a documentary of their choice, they will then film and use advanced video editing skills to produce their documentary.
